James Chan is a frequent speaker on China for U.S. trade associations
The National Federation of Advanced Information Services (NFAIS) commissioned Dr. James Chan to give a one-day workshop on the opportunities and challenges of marketing Western-language information products and services to China.

The title of his workshop was "The Information Industry in China: What You Want and Need to Know." The presentation took place on June 13, 2008 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA.
